The place was nice looking, with its competent staff in a very smug and condescending manner. The location was convenient and easy, just close to an ethnic shopping mall.

Fresh made and great breakfast with a variaty of options, with delicious food. Marvellous and ideal location so close to Alexander College. And short walk to metro and shopping mall as well as a good restaurant.

The location in a good area was great and ideal and there were a market and a convenience shop nearby. The room we booked was spotless and new-fashioned with a nice kitchen, a microwave plus incredible views.

The rooms are great-sized, with a kitchen and a dryer provided.

Well, it was a real good stay for a family vacation. Our hotel was in a comfortable and unbeatable location by taxi from cruise ship port there. It was also short walk to Vancouver / Burnaby, and shopping area.

Safe place, it was exceptionally clean and had well-trained and customer-facing staff in a very smug and condescending manner. The location was comfortable, a 10-15 minute walk from Alexander College. You could walk to shopping malls and a market.

The hotel had a great location, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The rooms were well-designed and spacious, with nice bamboo accents and a modern feel.- The waterfall shower heads in the rooms added a luxurious touch.

The hotel had a bumpy opening with several facilities closed, including the pool, fitness center, laundry facilities, and restaurant. Alternative options were provided, but it was not the same.

We had a fantastic stay at Element! The location was excellent with many restaurants and a mall within walking distance. The room had great features like a fridge, freezer, and microwave, and the furnishings were clean and in good order. The shower was easy to use and worked well, and we loved the large covered deck with beautiful views. The breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious, and the staff were accommodating and informative. we highly recommend Element for a comfortable and convenient stay.

By and large, it was modern and safe place with attentive staff from the manager to the housekeeping staff. Food in the attached restaurant was excellent.

Sadly, but there was dust in some areas.
